Dispatch & delivery

Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Lyophilized peptides are shipped as a stable powder and do not require cold-chain transit. Free U.S. shipping applies to orders over $150.

Returns & damages

Because these are research chemicals, opened vials cannot be returned. If a vial arrives damaged or a lot does not match its certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

Orders are confirmed by our research team before fulfilment. We may request institutional details consistent with research-use-only supply.
